The City of Boston Department of Neighborhood Development is facilitating a Community Process for input on the disposition of 6,881 square feet of vacant land at 61-65 Woodrow Avenue.
Members of the community are invited to join the conversation and help set the priorities for the activation of this property.
This is an undeveloped lot owned by the City of Boston’s Department of Neighborhood Development.
The Department of Neighborhood Development acquires surplus and foreclosed property and is responsible for managing this real estate. We work to create housing and open space by making that land available to Bostonians over time through a public Request for Proposals process. This parcel of land is not yet planned for development, but stay tuned!
