Project Goals

41 La Grange is phase II of the development at 48 Boylston Street. This new construction will create 126 units of mixed income housing in Downtown Boston. This project is being developed by the Planning Office for Urban Affairs and St. Francis. The project will include a mix of housing units priced for individuals and families at 30%, 50%, 80% AMI. The building will also include amenities such as a community room, bicycle storage, laundry facility, and a fitness room.
