The Department of Neighborhood Development (DND) will hold a community meeting regarding the city-owned parcels located at 270 Talbot Avenue and Spencer Street in Dorchester. At the meeting the Codman Square Neighborhood Development Corporation (with TLee Development) and Caribbean Integration Community Development (with Escazu Development) will discuss their proposals, in response to DND's Request For Proposals (RFP) for the site.
