Project Goals

In spring 2022, after community meetings, MOH issued a Request for Proposals for development of the parcels at 251-255 & 259 Washington Street in Dorchester. MOH received 1 application.
On July 26, 2022 the applicant will present the plan for development at a community meeting sponsored by MOH and the Harvard/Washington/Norwell Neighborhood Association. The community meeting is a phase of MOH's application review to determine next steps in the designation and disposition process. This site will be updated to keep people informed.
