Project Goals

Two parcels with buildings in the Dorchester neighborhood of the City of Boston formally used as an automotive repair and gas station totaling 13,588 square feet zoned as Three-Family Residential in the Greater Mattapan Neighborhood Zoning District of the City of Boston. The parcels were included in a July 2016 Request for Proposals. A community meeting was held on January 31, 2016 to present and discuss the two proposals received, which are currently being evaluated.

Your input is appreciated, and comments will continue to be accepted for these proposed developments through March 15th of 2017.
