Please note that filling out this form does not guarantee space at Bike to Work Day. We will send you an e-mail confirmation.

• Location: Summer Street, Downtown Crossing, Boston, MA

Exhibitor schedule:

• Setup: 6:15 - 7 a.m.
• Event: 7 - 9 a.m.
• Breakdown: 9 - 9:30 a.m.

There is no cost for exhibitor. However, to make this festival a success, we require your commitment to:

• provide an engaging activity for attendees, and
• help promote our Bike to Work Day event through a) emails to your database, b) on Facebook and Twitter, and/or c) via your website presence.

Other important details:

• We will have limited tables and tents to use, with priority given to municipal organizations or non-profits without them. You may need to provide your own tents and tables.
• You will need to provide your own chairs and signage.
• You are required to get all necessary food permits if you provide food.
• You must arrive by 6:30 a.m. if you need to unload a vehicle in the pedestrian zone.
• You may distribute free samples and display merchandise, but you cannot sell anything.
• PARKING WILL NOT BE PROVIDED.  You will need to find your own metered parking or park in one of the several nearby public parking garages.  Discounted parking coupons are available for the Post Office Square Garage for $15/day.
• Electricity is not provided.
