Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM for Student Engagement

The Boston Public Health Commission is the local public health department for the City of Boston and the country’s oldest health department. BPHC’s mission is to work in partnership with communities to protect and promote the health and well-being of all Boston residents, especially those impacted by racism and systemic inequities.

Through its Information Technology Services office, the Boston Public Health Commission invites qualified Software Implementation vendors to submit proposals for implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to enhance student engagement at the Community Health Education Center. This initiative aims to strengthen our ability to support and develop Community Health Workers who serve Boston's diverse communities.
