Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 149A, § 5, the City of Boston’s Public Facilities Department (PFD) is requesting statements of qualification (SOQ) for Construction Management at Risk Services for the 26 Court Street Full Renovation Project. 

The City of Boston intends to deliver the 26 Court Street Renovation Project by the Construction Management at Risk (CM) method pursuant to the requirements of M.G.L. c.149A with a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP).

The RFQ Package may be obtained on or about August 9, 2021, and are only available   electronically and by requesting access for such through bid.info@boston.gov between the operational hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 

Qualification Statements must be submitted in sealed envelopes and returned to PFD, Bid Counter, 26 Court Street, 10th Floor, Boston, Massachusetts 02108 by August 30, 2021 no later than 12:00 P.M.

There is a RFQ briefing session scheduled for August 13, 2021 at 10:00 AM conducted by video conference. The link will be in the RFQ and available from the bid counter. All firms interested in submitting a SOQ for the Project are encouraged to attend.
