Madison Park Tech Vocational

As defined in Massachusetts General Laws M.G.L. Chapter 149, section 44A½(c) and as further defined by the provisions of this RFQ, to provide Owner’s Project Management Services (OPM).

The scope of work is further detailed in the specifications and includes Owner requesting the services. of an OPM, renovation of existing building structures to accommodate the expansion of the Madison. Park Technical Vocational High School to all buildings that make up the school campus located at 75. Malcom X Boulevard, Boston, MA 02120.

This procurement process is qualifications based and will consist of a two-phase selection process: Phase I–OPM qualifications review and shortlist of applicant firms; and Phase II–interviews of the short-listed applicant firms. The top-ranked applicant firm at the end of Phase II will be invited to

enter into a contract for a negotiated fee to provide OPM services for the Madison Park Tech Vocational.

Qualification Statements must be submitted in sealed envelopes and returned to PFD, Bid Counter, One City Hall Square, Boston, MA, 02108, on or before November 20, 2023, at 12:00 p.m.
