Mayor Wu announced a heat emergency in the City of Boston through Wednesday, July 17. Cooling centers will be open at 14 BCYF community centers Monday through Wednesday, from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Verizon Analog Line Services

The Boston Public Health Commission is the local public health department for the City of Boston. BPHC’s mission is to protect, preserve, and promote the health and well-being of all Boston residents, particularly the most vulnerable.

The Boston Public Health Commission is soliciting proposals from firms for the location, documentation and cleanup of all BPHC Verizon Lines. Services will include to locate and document all Verizon phone lines owned by BPHC. The chosen vendor will work with BPHC team to review all lines.
