HVAC MECHANICAL SERVICES FOR BFD
The City of Boston (the City)/the County of Suffolk (the County), acting by its Fire Commissioner (the Official), invites sealed bids for the performance of the work generally described above, and particularly set forth in the Invitation for Bid.

Bid package may be obtained by visiting the City of Boston’s Procurement website at boston.gov/departments/procurement and click on Supplier Portal to download the bid documents from Event Number EV00015864.
The scope of work is further detailed in the specifications and includes, but is not limited to the following: Provide and furnish all labor, materials, and equipment required for semi-annual preventive maintenance and as-needed repair service of BFD HVAC mechanical equipment in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 149 from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2028.
Bid Documents will be available commencing on Wednesday April 23, 2025 beginning at 9:00AM. Bids must be received no later than 12:00 P.M. May 8, 2025.
