ENTERPRISE ENERGY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The City of Boston, acting by the Environment Department, 1 City Hall Square, Room 709, Boston,

MA 02201, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, hereby invites proposals for the project listed above. The Enterprise Energy Management System (EEMS) vendor will provide a user interface for the City of Boston to maintain, review, and analyze its utility bill data. The EEMS vendor will provide the following necessary services and support:

 

  • Utility Data Capture and Organization
  • Utility Data Validation and Normalization
  • Utility Data Reporting, Extraction, and Integration
  • Budget Projections and Visualization
  • Work Order Management
  • Specialized Reports

Proposals will be solicited from vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement

All proposals for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: Enterprise Energy Management System.

Proposals may be submitted as early as 9:00 AM Boston time on Monday, March 24, 2025, but shall be submitted no later than 5:00 P.M., Boston time, Friday, April 25, 2025, and opened forthwith.
