BPL CENTRAL LIBRARY SERVICES, OPERATIONS, & USER EXPERIENCE STUDY

The City of Boston, acting by the Trustee of the Public Library of the City of Boston, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, hereby invites proposals for “Central Library Services, Operations, & User Experience Study”

 

Proposals will be solicited from selected vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement

All proposers for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: Central Library Services, Operations, & User Experience Study. 

The scope of work is detailed in the bid package.

Proposals shall be submitted before 2:00 P.M., Boston time, Friday, May 2, 2025, and opened and evaluated accordingly.

There will be a mandatory walkthrough on Monday, April 14, 2025, at 1:00 PM (Boston time) at Copley Branch of the Boston Public Library, 230 Dartmouth Street, Boston, MA 02116. Please come in through the McKim Building entrance and sign in at the security desk where the Special Collections Manager will meet you. Please RSVP by Friday, April 11, 2025, before 4:00 PM (Boston Time) to business@bpl.org.

 SPECIFICATIONS will be available at about 9:00 A.M., Boston time, Monday, April 7, 2025
