PMD – LOCKSMITH SYSTEMS

The scope of work includes Locksmith Services on an as needed basis at various locations managed by the Property Management Department as further described in the specifications which will be available on or about March 10, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. through the City of Boston Supplier Portal at (boston.gov/procurement)Event ID EV00015640 or electronically by emailing pmdbidinfo@boston.gov.

Deadline for questions: April 2, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. All questions must be submitted in writing directly to pmdbidinfo@boston.gov.

All General Bids shall be filed with the Awarding Authority before 12:00 p.m. (twelve o'clock) on April 16, 2025, at which time and place respective General Bids will be opened forthwith and read aloud. LATE BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED

General Bids must be accompanied by a 5% bid bond deposit of amount bid. All interested bidders are directed to the bid specifications and plans for full information on any and all requirements applicable to this bid.
