CLEANING SERVICES AT OPAT

The City of Boston acting by its Property Management Department (PMD), through its Commissioner of the Property Management Department (the Official), invites bids for the cleaning contractors with experience in cleaning commercial office space for the City’s Police Accountability and Transparency (OPAT) office located in Nubian Square at 2201 Washington Street, Suite 102, which may be obtained from the City's procurement website and Supplier Portal (boston.gov/procurement) under Event ID EV00015615 beginning at 9:00 A.M. on Monday, March 17, 2025.  

 

THE SCOPE OF WORK: seeking cleaning contractors with experience in cleaning commercial office space. The office space which is approximately 3,890 square feet, houses the City’s Police Accountability and Transparency (OPAT) office located in Nubian Square at 2201 Washington Street, Suite 102  

The City has arranged a site visit for Tuesday, April 1, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. Prospective bidders will meet PMD’s representative in the front lobby at 2201 Washington Street, Suite 102.

Bids can be filed electronically before 12:00 P.M. on April 15, 2025, at the above-mentioned site. All hard copy bids can be submitted to an Official at the Property Management Department, Boston City Hall, Room 811, Boston, MA 02201 on or before 12:00 P.M. on April 15, 2025.
