Situational Awareness Tool Development

The City of Boston’s Office of Emergency Management (OEM) is requesting proposals to contract with a qualified vendor to develop a tool or tools to enhance situational awareness and damage assessment through real-time data collection, visualization, and historical tracking. The goal is to then automate key processes for the Emergency Operations Center (EOC). 

 Proposals will be solicited from selected vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement.

 All proposals for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: Situational Awareness Tool Development. 

 Proposals shall be submitted before 3:00 P.M., Boston time, Monday, April 7, 2025, and opened forthwith.

 SPECIFICATIONS AND PLANS will be available on or about Monday, March 10, 2025, after 12:00 P.M., Boston time.
