PMD – ELEVATOR FULL MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICE AT PMD MANAGED LOCATIONS

The scope of work includes full-service elevator maintenance as further described in the specifications which will be available on or about March 3, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. through the City of Boston Supplier Portal at boston.gov/departments/procurement Event ID EV00015554 or electronically by emailing pmdbidinfo@boston.gov.

There is a mandatory site visit on Wednesday, March 19, 2025.  All prospective bidders will meet in Boston City Hall, Room 811 at 9:00 a.m.

Deadline for questions: March 26, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. All questions must be submitted in writing directly to pmdbidinfo@boston.gov.

All General Bids shall be filed with the Awarding Authority before 12:00 p.m. (twelve o'clock) on April 11, 2025, at which time and place respective General Bids will be opened forthwith and read aloud. LATE BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED

General Bids must be accompanied by a 5% bid bond deposit of amount bid, DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility (approved in the applicable trade/category of work) and DCAMM Update Statement. All interested bidders are directed to the bid specifications and plans for full information on any and all requirements applicable to this bid.
