PMD – Maintenance of Access Control Systems

The scope of work includes maintaining and troubleshooting the S2 system including training, design services, installation, technical support as further described in the specifications which will be available on or about February 24, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. through the City of Boston Supplier Portal at https://procurement.boston.gov/psupplierportal Event ID EV00015545 or electronically by emailing pmdbidinfo@boston.gov.

Deadline for questions: March 13, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. All questions must be submitted in writing directly to pmdbidinfo@boston.gov.

All General Bids shall be filed with the Awarding Authority before 12:00 p.m. (twelve o'clock) on April 3, 2025, at which time and place respective General Bids will be opened forthwith and read aloud. LATE BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED

General Bids must be accompanied by a 5% bid bond deposit of amount bid, DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility (approved in the applicable trade/category of work) and DCAMM Update Statement. All interested bidders are directed to the bid specifications and plans for full information on any and all requirements applicable to this bid.
