PMD – CLEANING SERVICES AT STRAND THEATRE

The City of Boston acting by its Property Management Department, through its Commissioner of the Property Management Department (PMD), hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, hereby invites sealed bids for the above-entitled project.

 

The scope of work includes comprehensive cleaning services at the Strand Theatre, 543 Columbia Road, Dorchester, as further described in the specifications which will be available on or about March 17, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. through the City of Boston Supplier Portal at boston.gov/supplierportal Event ID EV00015536 or electronically by emailing pmdbidinfo@boston.gov.

Deadline for questions: April 1, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. All questions must be submitted in writing directly to pmdbidinfo@boston.gov.

A mandatory site visit is scheduled for March 26, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. Interested Proposers shall meet in the lobby of the Strand Theatre. See RFP for further instructions.

All General Bids shall be filed with the Awarding Authority before 12:00 p.m. (twelve o'clock) on April 10, 2025, at which time and place respective General Bids will be opened forthwith and read aloud. LATE BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
