UPDATE TIA
The City of Boston Planning Department, (the City)/the County of Suffolk (the County), acting by its Chief of Planning (the Official), invites sealed proposals for providing a consultant team to develop an updated approach for the Transportation Impact Analysis (TIA) required through the Article 80 development review process, particularly set forth in the Request for Proposal. The RFP package can be downloaded from the City of Boston’s website at boston.gov/departments/procurement and click on Supplier Portal to download the proposal documents from Event Number EV00015503.
The scope of work is further detailed in specifications and includes but is not limited to the following: researching best practices in transportation impact analysis, creating a new methodology, and creating clear standards for development submissions. The contract is estimated to last twelve (12) months, with one (1) year option to renew at the City’s sole discretion. Proposal documents will be available commencing on March 3, 2025, beginning at 9:00AM. RFPs must be electronically submitted through the City’s Supplier Portal no later than 12:00 PM, April 4, 2025.
