Open Streets Event Planner / Coordinator

The City of Boston ("The City"), acting by its Commissioner ("The Official"), requests proposals for the services and/or supplies described above, as particularly set forth in the Request for Proposals, which may be obtained from the City's purchasing website and Supplier Portal (boston.gov/procurement) under  Event EV00015338 beginning Tuesday, January 14, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. 

 

The City of Boston is looking for an event planner/ event coordination firm to organize and carry out the open streets events within the spring - fall months of 2025, 2026 &  2027. Our expectation is that the firm will handle all event logistics, marketing, subcontracting, procurement and organization. 

The City has arranged a Pre-Proposal Q&A Conference Call on 01/30/2025 Time: 11AM-12PM EST

Bids can be filed electronically before 12:00 P.M. on February 20, 2025 at the site mentioned below. All hard copy bids can be submitted to an Official at the Mayor’s Office of Tourism, Sports and Entertainment, Boston City Hall, Room 802, Boston, MA 02201 on or before 12:00 P.M. on February 20, 2025.
