Lease of space at Bruce C. Bolling Building on 2300 Washington Street

The City of Boston ("The City"), acting by its commissioner ("The Official"), requests proposals for the services and/or supplies described above, as particularly set forth in the Request for Proposals.

 

The request for proposals (RFP) package may be obtained from the City's procurement website and Supplier Portal (boston.gov/procurement) under Event ID EV00015063 or at 1 City Hall Plaza, Room 811, Boston, MA 02201 beginning at 11:00 A.M. on Monday, October 21, 2024, until the proposal filing deadline.

The request for proposal (RFP) package describes in greater detail 1) the City’s goal that the proposer contribute to the activation of Nubian Square, 2) the physical description of the space,3) lease terms, 4) proposal submission requirements, and 5) the evaluation and selection process.

The City has arranged for site visits on, Wednesday, October 30, 2024, and Tuesday, November 5, 2024, all at 10:00 A.M., at the Bruce C. Bolling Municipal Building, located at 2300 Washington Street, Roxbury, MA in the front lobby. Interested proposers are strongly encouraged to attend one of the scheduled site visits.

Proposals can be filed electronically on or before 12:00 P.M. on Friday, November 22, 2024, on the above-mentioned site. All hard copy proposals can be submitted to an Official at the Property Management Department, Boston City Hall, Room 811, Boston, MA 02201 on or before 12:00 P.M. on Friday, November 22, 2024.
