Flooring at Thomas Johnson Community Center

The City of Boston acting by its Property Management Department (PMD), through its Commissioner of the Property Management Department (the Official), invites bids for Resilient Flooring at the Thomas Johnson Center as more particularly set forth in the Invitation for Bids.

 

Bid package may be obtained from the City's procurement website and Supplier Portal (http://cityofboston.gov/procurement) under Event ID EV00013606 beginning at 10:00 A.M. on Monday, February 5, 2024. The Invitation for Bids shall be available until the bid opening.

THE INDIVIDUAL SCOPE(S) OF WORK is further detailed in the specifications and includes the following: Furnish labor, materials, and equipment necessary to remove existing flooring and associated wall base, screen all floors to remove excess mastic, prep and repair existing subfloor with an approved self-leveling underlayment, install new flooring.

The City has arranged a site visit for all prospective contractors on Thursday, February 15, 2024, at 9:00 A.M. located at 68 Annunciation Rd, Boston, MA 02120.

All proposals shall be filed no later than 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, at the above-mentioned site. All hard copy bids can be submitted to an Official at the Property Management Department, Boston City Hall, Room 811, Boston, MA 02201 on or before 12:00 P.M. on March 5, 2024.
