DRAPER POOL SHELL REPAIR

The City of Boston acting by its Property Management Department (PMD), through its

Commissioner of the Property Management Department (the Official), invites sealed bids for the

repair of the Draper Pool shell as more particularly set forth in the Invitation for Bids.

The documents may be obtained from the City' s procurement website and Supplier Portal (http://cityofboston.gov/procurement) under Event ID EV00013001 beginning at 9:00 A.M. on Monday, September 11, 2023.  The Invitation for Bids shall be available until the bid opening.

The attention of all bidders is directed to the provisions of the Invitation for Bids and contract. documents, specifically to the requirements for bid deposits, insurance and performance bonds as may be applicable.

THE SCOPE OF WORK includes but is not limited to the following: Remove and repair loose sections of pool plaster and concrete, ceramic tiles and pool accessories and additional work as further described in the specifications.

A site visit will be held on September 20, 2023, at 11:00 a.m.

Bids can be filed electronically before 12:00 P.M. on Thursday, September 28, 2023, at the above-mentioned site.  All hard copy bids can be submitted to an Official at the Property Management Department, Boston City Hall, Room 811, Boston, MA 02201 on or before 12:00 P.M. on Thursday, September 28, 2023. All bids for this project are subject to M.G.L. c.149 and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents.
