Foster Youth to Independence

The City of Boston (City), acting through its Director of the Mayor’s Office of Housing (MOH), requests proposals from interested and qualified non-profit agencies and units of local government to provide housing navigation and supportive services to young adults ages 18-24, for the period of 10/1/2023 - 6/30/2024.

The Request for Proposals (“RFP”) package will be available beginning July 24, 2023 through the City’s Supplier Portal (boston.gov/Procurement). Completed proposals must be submitted, as specified, *electronically by August 24, 2023 no later than 4:00PM.  

One optional Bidders’ Conference will be held by video conference on August 15, 2023 at 1pm. Attendance is not mandatory but is highly encouraged. Proposers interested in the video conference should contact the Program Manager.
