Installation and Maintenance of Pavement Markings for District Two

The City of Boston (City), acting by and through its Commissioner of Transportation, invites electronic bids for the service generally described above, and particularly as set forth in Bid Documents (Documents). 

These contracts are procured under the provisions of Chapter 30, Section 39M of the Massachusetts General Laws and are subject to the Prevailing Wage Rates. Note: The City did not have an eligible and response bidder for District Two in the Invitation for Bid (IFB) for Installation and Maintenance of Pavement Markings advertised on May 8, 2023.

The Documents shall be available on the City of Boston website at boston.gov/supplier portal (Bid Event EV00012582) beginning at 10:00am on June 12, 2023. Completed documents must be signed and submitted electronically to the above bid event number via the City of Boston Supplier Portal containing all sections and pages of the Documents no later than 12:00pm on June 28, 2023.

The term of the contract shall be for approximately eight months starting on or about July 1, 2023, to February 29, 2024, with two optional one-year terms renewable at the City’s sole discretion.
