Installation and Maintenance of Pavement Markings

The City of Boston (City), acting by and through its Commissioner of Transportation, invites electronic bids for the service generally described above, and particularly as set forth in Bid Documents (Documents).

These contracts are procured under the provisions of Chapter 30, Section 39M of the Massachusetts General Laws and are subject to the Prevailing Wage Rates.

The Documents shall be available on the City of Boston website at boston.gov/supplierportal (Bid Event EV00012357) beginning at 10:00am on May 8, 2023. Completed documents must be signed and submitted electronically to the above bid event number via the City of Boston Supplier Portal containing all sections and pages of the Documents no later than 12:00pm on May 24, 2023.

The term of the contract shall be for approximately eight months starting on or about July 1, 2023, to February 29, 2024, with two optional one-year terms renewable at the City’s sole discretion.
