Mobile Parking Payments

The City of Boston (“the City”), acting through its Commissioner of Transportation, requests proposals from interested and qualified firms for a complete parking pay by mobile phone option for the City’s parking meters, as set forth in the Request for Proposals documents.

The City seeks a contract for a period of one (1) year, with two (2) additional one-year options to renew at the City’s sole discretion. The Request for Proposals (“RFP”) may be obtained electronically on or after Monday, March 21, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on the City of Boston Supplier Portal (boston.gov/procurement).   

Proposals shall be due before 12:00 Noon, ET, Friday, April 15, 2022, at the above-mentioned Supplier Portal. Price and non-price proposals must be submitted separately and clearly marked.
