To Operate the 8th Floor Cafe at Boston City Hall

The City of Boston ("The City"), acting by its Commissioner ("The Official"), requests proposals for the services and/or supplies described above, as particularly set forth in the Request for Proposals, which may be obtained from the City's purchasing website and Supplier Portal (http://www.cityofboston.gov/procurement) under Event EV0000977

The City is seeking proposals that reflect the professional management abilities of a vendor who can meet the goals to provide retail foodservice set forth within this RFP. Interested and qualified vendors are invited to submit proposals, which convey their commitment to providing a high-quality food and beverage service.  

Requests for Proposals shall be available on Monday, December 20, 2021, at 10:00 a.m., until the proposal filing deadline.  All proposals shall be filed no later than 12:00 p.m. on February 2, 2022.  

The City has arranged a Mandatory site visit for Wednesday, January 5, 2022, at 10:00 a.m., for interested foodservice operators to visit the site and make a visual inspection of the area to be leased and operated.  All respondents are advised that the number of persons permitted to attend the Site visit, on behalf of each respondent, is limited to a maximum of two persons.
