The City of Boston, acting by the Board of Trustees in charge of the Library Department of the City of Boston, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, hereby invites requests for proposals for the project listed above.  Proposals will be solicited from vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: https://www.boston.gov/departments/procurement. 

All quotes for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: Research Collection Consultant

Proposals shall be due or submitted before 4:00 P.M., Boston time, Monday, August 16, 2021 and opened forthwith. The Awarding Authority reserves the right to waive any informality, or to reject any and all proposals, if it be in the public interest to do so.

The Request for Proposal will be available on or about Monday, July 19, 2021.

A walk through will be on Tuesday, August 3, 2021, 9:30am Boston time, meeting at the Copley Library, 700 Boylston St, Boston, MA.  The walk through is highly suggested but not mandatory, and preregistration is required.
