The City of Boston acting by its Property Management Department (PMD), through its Commissioner of the Property Management Department (the Official), invites sealed bids for the performance of routine and as needed Masonry Maintenance and Repair at City Hall and various City sites managed by the Property Management Department (PMD) as more particularly set forth in the Invitation for Bids, which may be obtained from the City's procurement website and Supplier Portal (boston.gov/procurement) under Event ID EV00008821 beginning at 10:00 A.M. on Monday, March 8, 2021.  The Invitation for Bids shall be available until the bid opening.  All bids for this project are subject to M.G.L. c. 30, § 39M and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents.

THE SCOPE OF WORK includes masonry/concrete maintenance and repair services on a routine and an as needed basis, to City Hall and various City sties managed by PMD. 

The contract will begin on July 1, 2021 and continue to June 30, 2024. 

Bids can be filed electronically before 12:00 P.M. on Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at the above-mentioned site.  All hard copy bids can be submitted to an Official at the Property Management Department, Boston City Hall, Room 811, Boston, MA 02201 before 12:00 P.M. on or before Tuesday, March 30, 2021. Due to the current health crisis, public access to City Hall has been placed on a limited schedule.   Respondents must make an appointment to attend the bid opening on March 30, 2021 at 12:00 P.M. at pmdbidinfo@boston.gov.  You must RSVP prior to coming into City Hall for Bid Opening.  Refer to the IFB for submission instructions.
