The City of Boston, acting by the Board of Trustees in charge of the Library Department of the City of Boston, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, hereby invites requests for proposals for the project listed above.  Proposals will be solicited from vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: https://www.boston.gov/departments/procurement. 

All quotes for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: Guard & Patrol Services for the Library System

SCOPE OF WORK includes:  Furnishing all guard and patrol services required for the Copley library and several branch locations as specified and requested.

Proposals shall be due or submitted before 2:00 P.M., Boston time, Wednesday, March 3, 2021 and opened forthwith. The Awarding Authority reserves the right to waive any informality, or to reject any and all proposals, if it be in the public interest to do so.

The Request for Proposal will be available on or about Monday, February 8, 2021.
