The City of Boston Mayor’s Office of Arts and Culture is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide assessments and project administration services for conservation and repairs to various city-owned public art pieces. Proposals will be solicited from selected vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: https://www.boston.gov/departments/procurement. 



SCOPE OF WORK includes: Assessing and grading the city’s growing art collection by a qualified conservator creating a priority schedule according to a predetermined budget. Work may include but not be limited to an assessment of conservation priorities according to existing elements and conditions, analysis, and proposals of annual maintenance, analysis, and proposals of preventative conservation and structural repairs. 



Proposal shall be submitted before 4:00 P.M., Boston time, Friday, December 4, 2020 and opened forthwith. The Awarding Authority reserves the right to waive any informality, or to reject any and all quotes, if it be in the Public Interest to do so.
