Invitations for Bids shall be obtained electronically on the City’s Purchasing website, Supplier Portal (www.cityofboston.gov/procurement), and are available until the time of bid opening. The contract awarded pursuant to this Invitation For Bids shall be for a term of 36 months, commencing on or about July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2026.

This invitation for bid will be available beginning on Monday, April 3, 2023, at 9:00 A.M.

Bidders Conference will be held on Tuesday, April 25, 2023, at 10:00 AM in our office located at 26 Central Ave, Hyde Park, MA 02136

All bids shall be filed no later than Thursday, May 4, 2023, at 4:00 PM through the Boston Supplier Portal (www.cityofboston.gov/procurement) or at the Mayor’s Office of Housing (MOH), 12 Channel Street, 9th Floor, Boston, MA 02210 and in accordance with the submission requirements starting on page 4. Envelopes should be labeled “City of Boston – Lot Clearance Services EVENT #EV000012049”. Sealed bids shall be publicly opened by the Official
