This Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals under MOH’s Real Estate Disposition Program.

34 Athelwold Street (Ward 17 Parcel 00195000) approximately 4,665 total square feet of vacant land
The RFP package will be available December 16, 2024 and can be downloaded by registering at boston.gov/departments/housing/requests-proposals.
Completed RFP responses must be submitted electronically by January 31, 2025 no later than 4:00 PM.
