526-528 and 530 Dudley Street, Roxbury and Unnumbered Parcel on Burrell Street, Roxbury

The City of Boston’s Mayor’s Office of Housing (MOH) sells city-owned properties to private buyers to encourage development in the City. One of the goals of MOH’s land disposition is to reduce the amount of unused, neglected property existing in the City, placing it back on the tax rolls and adding to the inventory of mixed-income housing

This Request for Proposals (RFP) offers the public a chance to submit proposals for parcels of land owned by the City of Boston in the Roxbury neighborhood of Boston. The RFP seeks to secure development of the parcel for mixed use (commercial and residential).

This RFP is soliciting proposals for development of the parcels located at: 526-528 Dudley Street (Ward 8 / Parcel 00202000); 530 Dudley Street (Ward 8 / Parcel 00201000); Burrell Street (Ward 8 / Parcel 00177000)

The total site area is approximately 10,623 square feet of land, and is intended for sale by the City pursuant to the RFP. The property is being offered as is.

The RFP package will be available on April 3, 2023 and can be downloaded by registering at https://www.boston.gov/departments/housing/requests-proposals.  Find detailed instructions on how to submit RFP responses at the above link.

Completed proposal applications must be submitted as instructed through MOH’s online portal at https://bit.ly/Boston-MoH-RFP by May 19, 2023 no later than 4:00 PM.
