Partners With Non-Profits

The City of Boston acting by the Director of the Mayor’s Office of Housing, hereinafter referred to as the Mayor’s Office of Housing (MOH), is seeking proposals for the Partners with Non-profits Program.

Only Non-Profit Organizations (NPO) that operate public facilities are eligible. The Request for Proposal (RFP) outlines the eligibility requirements, program components, and criteria for selection.

The RFP package will be available on March 14, 2022 and can be downloaded electronically by registering on the Requests for Proposals page. If you are unable to access, please contact the Development Officer, Star Laws.  Completed RFP responses must be submitted electronically by March 29, 2022, no later than 4:00pm.

All NPOs that are selected for an award of funds must attend a mandatory virtual pre-construction meeting with their chosen contractor(s) in order to finalize the award. Failure to attend this meeting may result in ineligibility to receive funding. NPOs will be notified of the meeting date once all required documentation is reviewed and processed. A grant and sub-recipient grant agreement will need to be signed prior to the virtual pre-construction meeting. An executed grant agreement will be delivered to the NPO at the meeting, at which time construction may begin.
