Installation of Water Bottle Refill Stations - Package 2B, Various Schools

Boston Public Schools, acting by Facilities Management, 1216 Dorchester Avenue Dorchester, MA 02125, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, hereby invites written quotes for the project listed above. The City of Boston Public Schools (the City), acting by and through its Office of Facilities Management, Planning & Engineering Department (the Awarding Authority), invites sealed bids for the above titled

Project, subject to all applicable provisions of law, including, without limitation, Section 39F and 39K through 39P of Chapter 30, and sections 29 and 44A-44J, inclusive, of Chapter 149 of the General Laws, as amended and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract entitled: Installation of Water Bottle Refill Stations - Package 2B, Various Schools.



SCOPE OF WORK includes but if not limited to: Demolition of existing drinking fountains or sinks for replacement with water bottle refill stations and the installation of water bottle refill stations at new locations without existing drinking water infrastructure.



Quotes for filed sub bids shall be submitted before 12:00 P.M., Boston time, Wednesday, December 1, 2021 and opened forthwith, and general bids shall be submitted before 12:00 P.M., Boston time, Wednesday, December 15, 2021 and opened forthwith.



SPECIFICATIONS AND PLANS will be available on or about Wednesday November 10, 2021 after 9:00 A.M., Boston time electronically by email by contacting Audrey Ng at ang@bostonpublicschools.org.



All bidders are encouraged to attend a pre-bid walk through of one school selected from Package 2B. The walk through will be held on Tuesday November 23, 2021 from 4pm to 5pm at UP Academy Boston/Boston Collaborative High School - 215 Dorchester Street South Boston, MA 02127.
