A property record card lists the full details of a property. You have two options to make the request:
Before you get started by mail
To make a request, we’ll need your contact information. You also must give us the property’s information, including the:
- ward and parcel number
- property address, and
- property type (residential, commercial, industrial, or condominium).
Don't know the ward and parcel number? Look up the property through Assessing Online.
The fee is $5 for each parcel. You can pay by check or money order made payable to the City of Boston. If you’re requesting a card for a property you own, we will waive the $5 fee. You just need to sign your application.
