She Coaches
What is she coaches?
The She Coaches campaign uplifts the importance of women role models for young female athletes. We hope to encourage women who are not currently coaching to get into the game. This campaign celebrates the women strengthening Boston’s sports ecosystem while inspiring more women to step off the sidelines and into coaching. Representation matters, especially for young girls who are more likely to stay in sports when they see strong women leaders guiding the way.
