Interested and eligible nonprofits, community-based organizations, public institutions of higher education and City of Boston agencies are invited to apply.
REGISTER NOW: 2026 FUTUREBOS YOUTH JOBS AND RESOURCE FAIR
YEO’s annual Youth Jobs & Resource Fair brings together 200+ organizations offering employment opportunities and career resources for young people ages 14–24.
At the Fair, youth can meet employers and apply for jobs, explore career, training, and education opportunities, access employment and youth-support resources, enjoy free food, and enter multiple prize raffles throughout the day
This year, we’re introducing a new timed entry-wave model to meet growing demand.
Youth must select and register one time slot to attend the Fair:
Future is Bright Fair – Wave A | 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Making Money Moves Fair – Wave B | 2 p.m. – 5 p.m.

Partner Resource Hub
The Office of Youth Employment and Opportunity’s new Partner Resource Hub is now live! This centralized platform offers everything our partners need to successfully run a youth jobs program.
The Hub includes essential forms, guides, useful links, promotional materials, and other resources to support partners throughout the SuccessLink season. Materials are organized by partner type for a more tailored experience, with general resources also available for all program sites.
All key documents and tools are now housed in one place, making it easier to navigate onboarding, planning, and program management. The Hub will be updated regularly with new tools, guidance, and seasonal reminders.

YEO's SuccessLink Youth Employment Program
Funds all youth jobs in public agencies and most of the jobs at non-profits citywide
Boston Private Industry Council (PIC)
Employs career specialists in BPS high schools and places youth in internships with businesses and jobs with community organizations
ABCD Summerworks
Provides summer jobs that give back to the Boston community for youth from low income families
John Hancock's MLK Scholars
Funds youth summer jobs in community organizations around the city and provides digital financial literacy training
Immigrant Youth Advancement Program
Provides leadership training and work experience with community non-profits to immigrant youth regardless of immigration status
OWD's Learn and Earn
Provides opportunities for rising high school juniors and seniors to earn money taking college-level courses
Youth Options Unlimited
Places opportunity youth in career pathway programming and supervised jobs with community-based organizations
YouthWorks
A statewide program that disburses funds to other organizations to run employment programs for youth and young adults
Boston Higher Education Consortium
Provides opportunities for high-schoolers to get paid to take college prep courses and/or work at a job on a college campus.
