PJ Kennedy School
Earlier facilities work to replace the boilers at the PJ Kennedy School prompted further work needed to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
To ensure ADA compliance, we have dedicated more than $16 million in FY23 for a large-scale renovation, including:
- a new entranceway and playground
- trees and plantings
- a school garden and fencing
- lighting and security cameras, and
- new and renovated interior spaces.
Construction is underway as of April 2024 and is projected to be completed by school year 2025-2026.
